The address in Stuttgart for traditional Ashtanga Yoga as it is practiced in Mysore / India. Lessons are mainly from a very experienced teacher, Farzad, who sees exactly who needs what and when. Always a challenge, always great!

Small but nice yoga studio, specialized in Ashtanga. It's super exhausting, but it's a lot of fun and great yoga teachers!
