Absolutely recommended!
Even the equipment and the space in which the training takes place speak for themselves. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and inviting!
Petros, the coach always gives you the feeling that you can achieve anything! He radiates a very positive attitude and is very responsive to personal needs.
Whenever I get exhausted from working in this studio in the evening, every time I go out of training, happy and energetic!
Very very nice trainer, great studio, great training! :-)
Studio:
The studio is spacious, bright and very stylish. There are Pilates devices, mats, a gyrotonc device and mirrors. There is also coffee.
Pilates:
I have been doing Pilates with Petros for several years now and I am very satisfied. Petros offers group and private lessons. In one-to-one tuition, he deals very individually with his own wishes and abilities. I've been able to significantly improve posture through Pilates.
I can only confirm the previous ratings and comments. Very good individually tailored training in a beautiful studio!
