If I could I wouldn't even give a star. Have given winter coat for cleaning. I bought the coat last year and hardly ever worn it. It was in top condition! After I got my coat and found at home that the zipper had torn. Zipper completely torn. The coat can only be disposed of because it cannot be opened. No information on collection, no apology, no compensation !!! This is a pig shop! Will turn on lawyer. Now, after I have had these bad experiences, I learn from friends and acquaintances that everyone has already had bad experiences in this cleaning. If I had received this information sooner, I would have preferred to go to my old cleaning service. Which is further away. But work professionally and not cause any damage.

A few weeks ago, some clothes fell out. They told me to leave Friday 2 weeks after to pick up my clothes. They were not ready by Friday, so they told me to go Saturday. On Saturday the same offer, they told me to come back on Monday. Useless and a waste of time.

All buttons on the new jacket after cleaning broken. Do not stain outside and as a bonus still 3 holes in the sleeve. Next time I can go over it myself with sandpaper, then I would have the same result. And of course no one is liable to the Inkopentetem staff. Never ever again.

A new shirt (1x worn) is totally washed out after cleaning and not clean. The jacket is dirtier after cleaning, as it now has oily water stains (probably from the steam cleaning) and my vest has been completely lost. Have the shirt and jacket rather dirty withdrawn than once again there to give, because I am afraid that they could lose this too. My wife's wedding dress was also mediocre clean and that for a cleaning of 65 euros. I say only one thing: Never, never again! In front of me, a customer did not get her stage outfit back since they did not know where it was and the top of another customer did not get clean either. Seems to be on the agenda here and unfortunately not an isolated case. The staff is completely incompetent and totally overstrained. Can I understand, are so annoyed the whole day by dissatisfied customers. Actually, I would have to give 0 stars here!
