Be careful!

I had my first appointment today. I waited over one hour and twenty minutes from my appointment time. 3 people who came after me were serviced before me even though my appointment was first. They didn’t inform me about how much longer it would take until it was my turn (so far over an hour past my appointment) so I politely told the receptionist that I waited long enough and couldn’t wait any longer. I told my husband that they did not see me and he questioned the dentist Dr.Michael about the delay. The dentist was unapologetic and simply said “we had an emergency “ again my husband said if that was the case than why not inform me so I could reschedule. It was obviously a lie because they took 3 ppl that arrived after me to go before me. While my husband was talking to the dentist, his receptionist very rudely started saying lies,lies,lies and whispered things in German to her colleagues. My son watched the whole thing. So very unprofessional of the doctor and his staff. Not friendly to Americans. Apparently the standard here is rude service and unprofessionalism. To the receptionist who called me a liar.. how can I lie about facts? Fact- I waited 1hr 20 minutes without you (the receptionist) doing your job to inform the patients on delays past their given appointment time. Fact- 3 people who came after me were serviced before me. These are not opinions but facts and you cannot lie about a fact. I never had a receptionist blurt out “lies,lies,lies, and whisper to her colleagues while the patient and doctor were speaking. The lack of customer service and manners here is astounding. The dentist himself never apologized for his rude receptionist blurting out rude words. My children came here first that’s why I came. I have since then pulled my two kids from being serviced from this establishment. The dentist just wants money. My kids don’t need braces or their molars pulled out. We have never had a dentist in the states tell them this. But this guy insisted that my 15 yr old get his molars out and braces. His molars don’t bother him nor have they ever emerged from with the gums. My husband and I both never had our molars pulled out because they stay deep within our gums and ALL dentist that we’ve been through never suggested this to us unless it hurts which it doesn’t bother any of us. Word to All Americans looking for a quality dentist. This is not the place. I’m contacting tricare and filing a complaint against this place because I would hate to see another American get treated so poorly JUST for being American.

Good for basic medications and check ups, but if you have something complicated, they will complicate it more.

I am absolutely thrilled! Was in severe pain and got an appointment before the holidays (other doctors actually turned me down too) The staff is extremely nice, in the practice you feel very comfortable. You can see the attention to detail. It's very neat and well-kept. It really reflects the whole work of the team. Absolutely my first choice right now.

I finally have a great, competent one Dentist found in KL who really takes time for you and doesn't just want to snip around! In addition, the lady at the reception was so incredibly nice and tried to give me a quick appointment. I am very happy here. Thank you to the whole team for being there for your patients even during these times! You are heroes
