I had a very good experience here . Though I was not able to talk in German , the people at the clinic were very helpful. And the doctor was very kind and patient and explained each procedure .

Have rarely experienced such incompetence. Periodontitis with pus pockets and bleeding gums and loose teeth ignored! Answer: Keep your fingers out of your mouth! After worsening and growing mistrust gone to another dentist. He is shocked at first and says: Why did not they come a few months earlier? He presumes that I have not been to a dentist for a few years! Please, I've been going to the dentist at least twice a year for ages. This is not believed, however. When I prove this to him on the basis of my bonus booklet, he only sees a shake of his head and the statement: This is really a fat dog. Result: Massive periodontal disease with bacterial decline of the jawbone. Diagnosis: seven teeth have to go! Two are without a tight fit in the tooth root and wobble. In 32 sessions and several surgical interventions, the gums are surgically released from upper and lower jaw to enable a cleaning to the tooth root. Two implants inserted and two teeth crowned. Cost several thousand euros! In addition, for weeks of soup and pain ....... lawsuit filed over a lawyer. High damages with compensation for pain demanded and also received. The report initially left an objective assessment open. My lawyer requested that the expert's report be explained in detail by the expert in court. The judge took the reviewer for almost two hours with many questions. The hammer suddenly X-rays were gone !!! Exactly with these recordings would have been immediately clear that a periodontosis was present. But they preferred to let them disappear! In addition, the documentation has been changed .........! Nightmare!

Very rude and cheeky! The doctor personally. No accommodating and understanding of anxiety patients.

My dentist for 30 years, see good doctor, never had any problems, including the team, everything was great ..
