Very friendly and reliable. The craftsmen work absolutely professionally and conscientiously. We carried out a 2-week renovation work. Everything was cleaned up very cleanly every evening and the craftsmen tried to make the time as pleasant as possible for us (cold / warm water, etc.)

WEBSITE DISHONEST !!! Big EMERGENCY SERVICE 24 hours on it and NO ONE SIGNS UP !!! A friend of mine has been sitting in his ICE COLD APARTMENT in Stuttgart-West since yesterday. He has already called several times but nobody answers. They had been doing work for him several days ago and now it's freezing cold. Isn't it the case that you don't have to pay the weekend and emergency surcharge, they'll definitely calculate that. Therefore, if the SERVICE EMERGENCY SERVICE is offered, you also have to carry it out or delete it IMMEDIATELY from the WEBSITE !!! It is probably also a guarantee. So he's damaged twice. In any case, you CANNOT RELY on this company with regard to EMERGENCY SERVICE !!! Which is a shame.

Stay away from this company! Catastrophe. There is no response to e-mails, promised callbacks and agreements are not kept. And things get billed that weren't done. In addition, repairs caused more damage than the original damage. The fitter is very friendly and also makes a good professional impression. Only the administration and working method from the office is not only unprofessional but also extremely unfriendly, so that the conversation simply hangs up. If I could I would give minus stars. I can only advise against this company.
