There is absolutely nothing wrong with the quality of the service. My kitchen siphon has been perfectly repaired and is finally working. Unfortunately, I was a bit surprised about the amount of the invoice that came 6 weeks later, as I was given a much lower price range by phone in advance. After several telephone inquiries, I was not given an explanation for the amount of the invoice.

Personnel on the phone friendly but every time a different person. I was every time promised to do the commissioned by me repair but it remained only with the promise the whole took Ca. 9 months, then the order would be canceled by me. So always only empty promises.
