In any case, it is very difficult to understand what craftsmen actually do and what they bill. We no longer have any confidence in Merkle. The carbon copy of the invoice is taken and only sent to the customer afterwards, together with the invoice, which is not the point of a carbon copy. Instead of half an hour, one and a half hours are listed. When asked by the boss, he said that his employees wouldn't make any mistakes. Such a statement is neither realistic nor customer-friendly. In the aftermath it turned out that mistakes were made when creating the invoice. In our opinion, the discount is not sufficient. Even when talking to the installer himself on the phone, he was unable to explain in a comprehensible manner how the various items on the invoice resulted, and he was also very unfriendly and impudent. It is not possible for him to let me speak. On top of that, he also says that he would no longer merge appointments from neighbors because he would then not be able to bill the travel expenses twice?!? We don't want a special discount or avoid costs, but we only want to pay for what was actually done.
