Unreliable and rude. Extremely arrogant and disrespectful. Deadline is simply ignored. There are plenty of false excuses for justification. Let partners work all weekend, but do not do anything on Monday at the construction site. When addressed, claims that working on Monday all the time. I do not know where yet. Not in my apartment because I was there all the time (and nobody except me) I wonder if this is not embarrassing. Telephone does not usually respond. Definitely not recommended.
