Very kind and helpful sales team and as expected a bit more pricey than a normal shoe store
Have purchased many items from the online store. The shoes are of a very good quality but the service is absolutely appalling. In my last order they sent me a faulty pair of shoes. Upon returning them back, they didn't accept the package which was returned to me. I had to pay twice to return the faulty shoes from England to Germany. No compensation from the seller. Will never purchase from them again. If you want to unsubscribe from receiving emails from them, don't bother. They will spam your inbox even if you unsubscribe several times. Beware
Was here shopping for shoes with my best friend. He has shoe size 49, even 50 in running shoes and loves this shop. I also found the shoe store very pleasant because it wasn't that crowded.

Would like to give my feedback very friendly staff Mrs. F. Was able to advise me or my wife very professionally we bought two pairs of shoes. There are sure to be a few more for the future.
I've often bought shoes here and I'm always excited. The choice is huge. My husband has very large feet and it was easy to find shoes for him. The shop assistants are very friendly and gave me competent advice. The prices are very humane for this great, extensive offer. I don't buy my shoes anywhere else.
