The enrollment for the courses went smoothly, and changing the personal data afterwards did not cause any problems. Unfortunately, a language course (Chinese) for which I was enrolled was canceled the day before due to the insufficient number of participants. The only problem was that I had already bought the materials for € 70 and since my email address was probably not in the system, I received no notice of the course cancellation in a timely manner. If I hadn't accidentally checked the location of the event on the Internet beforehand (the course was no longer available) and had therefore called the service, I would have been stupid in the evening. In the evening I found a letter with the course cancellation from the VHS in my mailbox. Nice that the message was sent, but unfortunately not in time. Only the service employee on the phone (when I asked about the missing course) was extremely friendly and tried to accommodate me somewhere. Basically, you should either make a decision a week in advance whether the course will take place and announce it, or go as a participant in the first (potential) lesson without materials, so that you can save any useless expenses. The teacher is all so good. But the organization of this school is terrible. No performance. And all registration needs one advice. The process is very complicated. And you counseled time is not limited. You do as you like. They close it without cause. Is there only one counselor? She probably does not like working
