Fitness First Kaiserslautern

Great gym, very accessible from the A6 and A63. The covered parking under the building is convenient. This gym has what I need to gain and maintain. The environment is great and the staff is friendly. For my fellow lunks, the dumbells go up to 50kg or about 110lbs and the sky is the limit on the barbell plates. No complaints.

Love this gym. They offer a military discount and are almost never over packed ... which means you can use almost any machine when you need it 😊 worth it over the base... Air Conditioned!!!!!!
