Absolutely not recommended when it comes to buying / selling real estate! Very unprofessional, arrogant behavior when brokering real estate. Even a subsequent complaint to the board was not even responded to. I would never visit the Sparkasse again if I am looking for a property and I would advise anyone against it. In the end, luckily, we ended up with the competition (Engel & Völkers) and the support there was wonderful.

Are currently refinancing our mortgage loan. We are looked after by Ms. Anna Brandt and are very satisfied with the advice and service.

Unfortunately, corporate customer advice at KSK has waned extremely, which may also be due to the change of advisor. Even clear signs of dissatisfaction, there is no response at all. Really a shame, because the KSK was a very good partner for about 20 years.
