Even if I am not currently attending a Mona course and I "only" practiced a trial lesson, Mona and the studio are worth a few words. Warm welcome, cozy atmosphere and great people. There is tea and water and a great yoga session. You can escape from everyday life and the final meditation is a relaxed conclusion. Thank you for letting me see you.

Only to be recommended! If you just want to recharge your batteries and want to be grounded in front of "all problems"; I can only recommend a visit. I would go back to treatment anytime

Three years ago our charming daughter was born. For three years, I have done nothing for ME. Typically mom just. Then I found Mona and her Moona Moon studio in Mölln. After several weeks of yoga I feel much more relaxed, fitter and have a much more positive self-image than before, because the 75min / week not only do my body, but even my soul so well that the decision to register me now already one my personal highlights in 2019. Mona is incredibly empathetic, full of positive charisma and very competent. A warm THANK YOU and a clear recommendation!
