I went to this pharmacy several times, but I won't do that in the future, because as a customer you are badly received, you are looked at oddly, you are talked to in an unfriendly manner, you are very badly advised and you don't take your time. When I was given a prescription, I was asked if I had discussed this with the doctor and if I could take it, I then asked who gave me or issued the prescription ?! ..... When I needed something another time I asked the lady how I had to use it and she said unfriendly it was written on the packaging on the side ..... since then it was the last time I was there. That's why there is only one star from me (it is not possible to give one!).

With over-the-counter drugs, the most expensive version is automatically sold. The prices are beyond good and bad, paracetamol 500 over 2.30 in the Internet the same for 90 cents !!

Two customers are being served in 15 minutes. Queue at the entrance ... you wait forever until you can redeem your prescription. The peak times should be known by now. Then why don't you use switches anymore ?! This would even be possible under Corona. With a brisk working method, a customer is no longer than 5 minutes in the pharmacy. Disgruntled customers just go to another pharmacy in Mölln, of which there are enough 🤷‍♀️

Once was customer-friendly. As a customer, you are not even greeted with a smile, let alone greeted. Since I take a few steps in the meantime and go to the city pharmacy, you are served very competently and friendliness is paramount.
