I had bought shoelaces for my 6 hole boots, which were unfortunately too short and wanted to exchange them. Unfortunately, the management denied me this. Why is not to be understood. This is how you drive stores up against the wall, but maybe that's what you want too. I can only shake my head and I will definitely not buy anything there. Very disappointing!

I bought a pair of very chic white shoes from Schuh Eggers on a Saturday morning. Unfortunately, after a very short wearing time (only in the apartment) and on the same day, I found that they were rubbing uncomfortably on the heel, and since I needed you for an event, I asked my mother for the shoes the very next day (open Sunday) return so that there is no difficulty in returning or crediting. But my mother and later also me have zero Experience goodwill, despite the fact that I only wore the shoes in the apartment and the shoes were not in my possession for 24 hours. No return, no credit on the grounds that the shoes were worn. The exhibition shoe in particular looks worn. I have to say that I am very disappointed. I once had shoes sent over the Internet, they took back really worn shoes without hesitation! Even other shoe shops in Mölln are somehow more accommodating than the sales staff at Schuh Eggers in Mölln. It is advertised to buy locally and not to do everything over the net, so I have to ask myself the question with the service? ?? So they lost a customer and unfortunately I can't be good word of mouth for them either. What a shame!!
