The pharmacy is always well stocked with medication or can always get it quickly. A solution for the patient is also always being worked on here. I am very satisfied, especially since it is easily accessible with good parking. It is integrated in a medical center and can redeem the prescriptions immediately after visiting the doctor. Praise to the staff, always friendly and helpful.

The advice in this pharmacy is far better than any doctor, you are taken seriously, every employee is well trained, after several unsuccessful visits to the doctor I described today in the pharmacy my problems and immediately got competent help, thank you!

I bought a generic there and asked in advance which brands are available and whether a statement can be made regarding the respective quality. I was then recommended the generic of BASICS because it supposedly belongs to BAYER. (Statement like this: BASICS is an offshoot of BAYER, so the quality should be right. And it is the cheapest option too). However, our own research has now shown that BASICS belongs to RANBAXY, an Indian company. Although they have their German branch in Leverkusen, they are by no means part of BAYER. Coincidentally, RANBAXY / BASICS just became conspicuous in terms of generic quality and that drug, and had to pay a fine of $ 500 million in the United States for quality problems and fake tests. Some may now consider this petty, but those who so easily pass on incorrect information gamble away my trust. Another negative aspect of the pharmacy was that medication is often not in stock (in my subjective experience, much more often than at other pharmacies). It is positive that the employees are sometimes very friendly.
