I had underfloor heating installed by Hunsinger - for a five-figure sum. There was also significantly more than 20% between the original offer price and what was ultimately calculated. The Hunsinger company did everything as it meant. Nothing was discussed with me during the construction phase. When the mobile control was to be installed, I tried to find out how it worked with the technician from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. At 4 p.m. he finished work and left. That was at the beginning of December 2019. At 6 p.m. on the same day I tried to contact the Hunsinger company because my apartment had cooled down completely, i.e. the heater didn't work. I spoke to the AB and asked for help. I'm still waiting for this help today. (October 2020) After my energy advisor had dealt intensively with Hunsinger, the heating system was then completed according to the current specifications of the KFW. (Summer 2020) At the beginning of the heating season, at the beginning of October 2020, I wanted to put the heating on. It didn't work. I called the Hunsinger office to report the defect. After several phone calls and almost 2 weeks, the boss came in person to find out that the pump was not working. That was again 10 days ago. When I asked in writing when the pump was going to be replaced, I received the answer: As the boss would have told me if the pump were there from the factory. Conclusion: If you want a heater for heating according to current standards - do not hire Hunsinger!

Simply uncomplicated, reliable and fast & inexpensive

Very nice and competent contact. Site inspection and on-site appointment was possible at short notice. Work was done very quickly and well. The honorable to recommend.

3-4 weeks waiting time in an emergency not very customer friendly, if you are not a customer. It certainly will not be the same way.
