A wonderful experience on all levels. I was there for both physiotherapie and blood analysis. Both practitioners were not only knowledgable and professional, they were also warm and real. I've had to deal with some seriously po-faced, kurt, robotic healthcare practitioners in Germany, so it was really refreshing to encounter this level of professionalism in combination with genuine warmth and human kindness.
