I am already a long time customer in the cleaning. The MA are now there, all very nice, friendly and try to make the impossible possible. Thank you for that. What bothers me are some customers (I've often noticed) know the seemingly the simplest polite phrases as: Good day, Please, Thank you or goodbye not. ,

Quality costs its price, but for speedy completion and clean things. Friendly ladies in the service with acceptance and pickup. Store could be a bit better located, but still easily accessible, albeit in a one-way street ...

Cleaning itself runs smoothly, MA are nice ... but I find 1 week waiting time for about 5-7 shirts a little too long. Hours could also be adjusted slightly, if you have to work the whole week and not before 18 clock in Dessau, it is quite problematic with the pickup.
