Great service again
If I could give zero stars, I would do it. You can not complain about the offer, but the staff and the management are absolutely customer-unfriendly. I bought boots in the Dessau store in November, which brought me wet feet in December, even in light rain. When I wanted to complain about the shoes, I was told that the boots would have to be sent in first. As far as no problem, as I would have been satisfied with a repair. After a few weeks, I was told that my complaint is rejected because wet feet are normal for boots and I should not have it like that. The phone calls that I made there were not to be surpassed in arrogance, rudeness and arrogance, and I was even called a liar. I am absolutely disappointed and will not buy shoes at ABC anymore.
