Incredible, the first time I thought the staff was having a bad day. But no! Every time the same, overwhelmed, unfriendly and sometimes discriminatory employees. The lady was very friendly to the "German" guests, and eyes were rolled to other guests with poor German pronunciation .... Not recommendable.
