Ditsch

I love Ditsch's pretzels, pizzas and more as a snack in between. However, this branch is terrible: the seller listless and not really friendly. There is no question whether the pizza should be made warm. The pretzels were allegedly all pre-ordered. Then I finally got the wrong pizza, which I only noticed later. Not recommendable!

Visit on 02.02.2019 towards evening: In front of the shop was a stand with an offer. Pizza of your choice + drink for 3,60 €. I ordered a pizza salami and a coke. Price 4,55 €. Upon request, I got the answer that the offer did not apply to the salami pizza. I referred to the "free choice" of pizza according to the offer. This was dismissed by the young lady with only a bored shrug. Customer service looks different!
