Not to be reached - although only 1.5 hours before "shop closing" only the answering machine answers the phone, that is not up to date and does not indicate a structured organization.

The lady at the counter said loudly that you could only get a large amount of money (5 digits) in 50E notes because there was nothing else at all, the other person at the till suddenly had 100 and 200e notes. Unprofessional and rude.

Getting the wrong information - they wanted to make money from my old stock (paper form) rather than allow me to sell it through a depot - which allegedly wouldn't be possible without a 40% drop in fees. Good thing I got a second opinion! Very disappointing.
