Yoga Vidya Center Bremen

I went to what was supposed to be a meditation seminar there. It was a cult! Meditation was maybe 30% of a time, rest of it instructor kept talking stories about people who hear others thoughts because they are so deep into it, see the 3rd eye, etc. He talked how important it is to find master who will guide you. It was creepy and inappropriate. He even said if you Google the movement, there will be some hits about it being a cult, and to not believe all this negative stuff, only the positive. Disgusting and appaling.

Nice city center, spread over two floors. In this way, you can also teach at a distance during Corona times. I am doing my yoga teacher training here myself and am very satisfied and looking forward to my own practice.

Central location, super nice instructors, many opportunities for practical training, trusting and loving atmosphere. Training material is taught practically as well as theoretically well. Through the yoga teacher training I finally find myself again.

I'm doing an apprenticeship as a yoga teacher and feel very well looked after. The curriculum is extensive and challenging, but I always have the opportunity to repeat or get the support of the group. The head of the center answers my questions as quickly as possible and in detail, I could imagine no better care. It creates a loving atmosphere in which our group cohesion could grow well. Thank you for giving us the space here to grow! The karma yoga (voluntary, selfless service to others) that we accomplish after our hours allows everyone here to conveniently study, practice and enjoy yoga! Again, thank you very much.
