Findorff Barber shop

It was my second time here for my haircut. After a long waiting finally i got my haircut. And the barberman is new it takes so long before he finished. At the end i have paid €22.. I was waiting for the change because the hair cut is only €12. he charged me 20 euro for haircut and barba. I was confused because he never shaved and trimmed my barba.. He only shaved the side of my head and the backside which is normally included in the haircut. I feel disapointed. Sorry guys i will never come back to your shop again!... No i dont need a refund for my money.. How will you charge me a bart fee my bart was never been touched, never been cut, never been shaved?! (you can see that on my photo) I just want you to realized that you should be honest to your client! It just small amount of money. Please dont do this again to other client.
