Saturday morning, 09.11.2019: the lady at the reception was normally friendly. The warehouse worker who was supposed to hand over the goods to me was totally overworked, more than 50 hours a week - he told me. Any statement from him made me feel that I was neither addressing him nor wanting anything from him. In other words, I felt I'd better buy my goods somewhere else next time, because he would not have time to give me goods at all.
