Fast, competent service and friendly fitters. Our heating system should be shut down by the SWB because gas is said to have leaked. We were pushed in between the company despite full order books, the fitter was there and solved the problem quickly and easily. The dripping tap was repaired on our side, please, without it being billed in the end. I can only recommend this company, we already had some craftsmen in the house and Corßen stands out positively.

Just needed a swimmer for the toilet quickly. This one was sold to me. Just checked, if the connections fit. Grown at home. Everything runs again without drive in the hardware store. Friendly staff. Unfortunately only cash purchase was possible. Invoice was written fixed.

Unfortunately, I have to say that one is ripped off here. I am very disappointed. It was attached by the company's undercounter device, so close to the tap supply that it could no longer be opened by hand. We called the company, which also sent someone over. Distance to the apartment about 5 minutes, duration of work 3 minutes. It was not said that it costs. Moreover, it was the fault of the installers. For then 49 € were charged. I understand more and more why so many people complain. It's not about the amount, but about the principle. I thought that if someone makes mistakes, you take responsibility for free. We tried to talk to the company, they were absolutely stubborn. So, never again this company.

Bad work The Corßen company has expanded a defective gas tap in my apartment, but probably forgot to connect the new one properly. So gas escaped for months. Since the heating in the kitchen is under the window and I am rarely at home, I only noticed the smell of gas some time later. I immediately called the fault clearance service, who then confirmed the gas leak and the faulty new connection. Now I have received my annual statement and have to find out that my gas consumption has doubled and with it the invoice. Corßen company denies all guilt and refuses to support me with the calculation.
