Overseas Museum, Bremen

A rainy day in Bremen? You can be there all day, it is absolutely great! So many interesting spaces, so much to learn.

The museum is informative, looking at different continents from various perspectives. It's large too; you can easily spend 3 hours here. The main downside is that most captions are in German.

Wow. We loved it

The museum has changed a lot since my last visit (which probably was 20 years ago). And it's looking awesome. I have to admit that I sometimes got lost as to what the current sub-topic was. However, that never felt negative. Within the Asia Exhibition I was astonished by many of the relics that were shown. I did not get beyond the ground floor due to late arrival so I'll have to visit again and would highly recommend everyone to give it a try (staff is really friendly too) .

Overseas museum is the museum, that should be visited for everyone, especially children. The exhibition includes very good exhibits from all over the world. The museum is about different cultures. There are also fishes and animals of different regions of the world. I really enjoyed the part of exhibition devoted to the religions of the world. Very interesting part of museum - about the people from all over the world who moved to Germany. This museum helps people to became more open-minded (at least, I hope so)
