Employees do not want to help and justify it that they do not know. We had to wait 30 minutes for a simple exchange because apparently no employee was competent enough to operate the cash register.

This grandiose "online shop" deserves actually 0 stars, no actually -6 stars. I ordered something on December 4th, 2020, delivery time at checkout "5-7 working days". It's December 21st, 2020, my package has meanwhile been "announced" to DPD, which means the shipment has not even been handed over to DPD. Since you really can't get anyone on the phone here and the service on the website is really bad, you can't get a meaningful answer here, where, when and whether my package will arrive at all. FIRST & ONLY time ordered there! I wish all the following customers more luck than I had!

Cheek. I order on 14.12. with the guarantee that everything arrives on time for Christmas. So far so good. If DHL hadn't made it then it would have been okay too. But on the 22nd of December it occurs to you to cancel half of my order even though I was able to order the part again from you is a cheek. I was a customer. Amazon knocks you out anyway.

I ordered two sweaters online in mid-December. Only one arrived, although the delivery note had two sweaters. I contacted customer service directly. It's been two weeks before I even get a reaction. I have already been tried several times with the standard copy-and-paste text. It always takes a week or so before a new email arrives that doesn't help. I just want my second sweater because they aren't exactly cheap either. Unfortunately totally terrible customer service, no number to call and too incompetent staff to put two sweaters in one bag. I would not order here again. I never had any problems with the competition and from now on I will only order there again.

I can understand that it is exhausting to work from morning to night. There are always annoying customers that everyone has. But there are also good people like me! If you don't feel like doing your job, please go to the job center, which is right next door, and chill out at home for a few months. Please always be friendly and do not let your mood out on the customer. 💓 No matter how hard it sounds, the customer is always king. But this does not mean, unfriendliness towards the staff of course that is not possible! The male staff should NOT feel addressed.
