I would like to take this opportunity to thank the really committed employee (despite having a cold, she actually should have gone to bed). She really tried very hard to get my dream boot. Called around and made sure that my desired shoe is sent from a branch to our branch at home, since we are not from Bremen. She didn't just say we didn't have any more and finished. Really great! Get well soon and all the best for 2020
