I would even give zero stars if I could. I've never seen such a cheeky and incompetent manager. My shoes broke after 4 months and wanted to complain about them. He didn't want to accept the shoes because they would be too dirty, which can happen when it rains. They'd stink and I supposedly didn't look after them well. Then I was cheekily asked by the "manager" to leave the shop because he still has other customers and has no time for a discussion. He also didn't want to give contact details for the manufacturer Adidas. I will certainly never go into this shop again and would advise everyone never to go shopping here.

The shop didn't even deserve a star. There is a very rude staff there who don't even know decency / respect towards their customers.

The shop itself is nice, but the staff isn't the friendliest

The store is badly organized. Couldn't redeem a center voucher for 3 days in a row. Was always just put off. Initially, according to the seller's statement, no credit or the card would have been defective on the voucher. This was checked again at the customer information point and confirmed that the card is OK. The next day Snipes said that an update had to be carried out on the reader. Device should work next day. On the third day at Snipes again the statement that your device is not ready and you don't know when the update will be carried out by your service provider. A card reader should also work in corona times. It cannot be that you have to wait days for an update from a card reader. The seller also had the glorious idea, in all seriousness, that I should pay for goods with the voucher in another shop in the Waterfront and then return the same goods to this shop in order to have the cash paid out. Such advice from the staff only distracts from failure. All at the expense of others.

The only store on a Saturday in the front that served me and I could buy my Lacoste shoes! Unfortunately they went broke after a few weeks and despite not existing bong but only by bank statement ran the complaints and I was awarded a pair of new shoes, thanks again to the 3 Competent and super friendly staff!
