I have been waiting for the reimbursement of € 300 for about 2 months now after I have returned my shoes because they did not fit. In the meantime, I phoned customer service at around 10 a.m., which promised me that my reimbursement would start again, but nothing was still transferred. I can only 100% of anyone who is considering ordering or buying something here, because obviously no finger is bent to give the customer the due refund. Never received a worse service than with footlocker.

The employees are most interested in themselves. There was raging, laughing, chatting and talking loudly about bands and buddies ... we were neither welcomed nor advised, although we were demonstratively standing in the shop and staring at them. When asked, we were shown a shoe. Exactly this one is excluded from the Glamor Shopping Week, of all things. Funny. We went on to Sidestep and lo and behold: Super friendly, attentive advice and the price was absolutely great!
