King Shoe

Unfortunately I had a very unfriendly wait staff today! :-( A week ago in the city I couldn't decide which pair of shoes would go better with the purchased dress for an invitation to the wedding. A young lady at King Shoe advised me very nicely. I find the shoes there to be of high quality, comfortable and very beautiful. When asked if I could exchange the shoes next week because I still have no choice between two pairs, I was assured that this would not be a problem. I could get the money back, but not remitted to the account. Only paid out in cash. Now I wanted to exchange a pair today. The seller checked the shoes, said okay and then stood there. When I didn't go, he said, you can look around now. I said I would like my money back. Then he, that would not work. I could only get a voucher. That was out of the question for me. I said that I would not have bought the shoes under this condition and told him about my purchase and what the colleague said. He reluctantly gave me the money and accused me of lying. This visit was very uncomfortable for me and I find it impossible to deal with customers in this way. After that I didn't feel well, and I thought about going back to the shop to complain directly. The time was very short and I hope that the said employee reads this and thinks about his behavior.

Address was entered incorrectly. Kind note to the seller. Answer: "We are not interested in the internet, we live from our regular customers." For me, the wrong attitude to address new customers.

Very friendly and competent advice. Super specialty shop with extraordinary chic leather shoes. A visit is always worthwhile because there is always something new to discover that has never been seen in Bremen before. The shop is one of my favorite shops in Bremen. :)

There are not only shoes here, but also a house ban! I have bought THINK shoes in Mr. Hankel's stores for years. On the advice of my doctor, the last shoes should have butterfly soles. Before buying, I asked the seller if THINK can do this. Yes was the answer. The orthodontic mechanic changed the shoes. During the warranty period, cracks in the upper leather were found on both shoes. Now a marathon began between Think, SH Hankel and the O-Mechanic. None of them wanted to be responsible. It turned out that the sales assistants lacked expertise in the legal and manual fields. In some cases, false statements about the guarantee were made (reversed burden of proof). The shoes should also be glued, which was actually not possible. The shoemaker refused. A saleswoman also did not want to accept the shoes as a complaint. Overall, I went to the shoe store several times for free. The shoes cost 160 euros, which I didn't want to sit on. In the end, a compromise called for new shoes without butterfly soles, which are subsidized by the O-mechanic with the purchase price. The shoes should then be handed over personally by Mr. Hankel. I was not informed about this beforehand, so I went to the shoe store twice for free. The reason was: I was BANNED from both shops. Reasons were not given.
