The best shoe store in Bremen for getting good children's shoes! I have been a customer for a long time (for myself and for my 3 children) and I am always very satisfied. The staff is always friendly and very competent, which is extremely important to me when I am growing up. And even in times of Corona, when a regular customer noticed that the staff unfortunately had to be scaled down, still a great service! Even if everything has changed a bit, the motivation, competence and friendliness are unchanged in any case. Always a nice shopping experience. I will gladly come again.

The shop is very central, easy to get to and unfortunately the only shoe shop in a large area where you can get good children's shoes (for me, salamander doesn't really meet your taste). Why only 2 stars: the service is unfortunately very bad, or is getting worse and worse. Today (Saturday around 3 p.m.). There are 2 employees at the checkouts (one of them was really just standing around, did nothing). In the children's section there were 4 parties who each want to equip their children with shoes. Since children's feet require special advice, a somewhat older, very stressed, unfriendly person (staff from the salamander) was asked again and again by all 4 parties whether they had a short time. There was always only one "same!" Returned in a tone for which I would have received a cuff from my grandma. At some point the person ignored us and / or just shouted out of the way, “I said downstairs, someone was coming”, kept bringing boxes back and forth and driving up and down the elevator. After I myself (apart from the other parties) asked three times in a friendly manner whether she could help us, I left without having achieved anything. I think it's a shame that this person was left alone by the colleagues below and reacted resigned / annoyed / unfriendly towards us customers. Sorry, customer is threatening to buy. Suggestion: Make appointments for children's shoes
