Friendly, helpful and competent!

First contact very friendly, but even then I doubted if I am in the right store. This looks very outdated, what the "owner?" dubbed a bit with his super funny way. Expertise Nonsense, when picking up my deposits (which should be finished the day before) I had to wait first. I think that these were then made on the fly, they at least looked like. 2 pieces, 2 different dimensions! Then the whole thing was slightly rude and I decided to go (without deposits)! Which still should cost € 10? My choice fell on another orthopedics. There I got better quality! for half the price. I can only advise against this, in the years, shop.

I recently got deposits from Mr. Schneider, it was a super good service, everything was explained to me very well, you had the feeling of customer proximity and friendliness (the customer is king). I can only recommend the orthopedic specialist shop.

Tuesday went into business, friendly advice and feet were measured, the insoles were ready on Wednesday noon, fit perfectly! Nothing to complain about on my part
