Sorry, this doctor doesn't work at all! Somehow aloof / arrogant. Absolutely not competent. She keeps checking her cell phone and is in a bad mood / annoyed!

General practitioner representation (even if it is only a prescription) really needs to be discussed with the medical assistant (s). Already there, the unwilling goes and there Ie chicane go. If you have struggled through there, an annoyed 🙄 doctor's assistant will ask you into the waiting room. (and left waiting) The waiting room is nice though. The only thing to address in practice. If you then have an okay from the doctor (sry .. But here you clearly rub off on the doctor's assistants. (Synonyms such as: competent?, (Absolute) interest and discipline (like a child), come to mind spontaneously) is discussed again with the medical assistants. Of course, only after you have reminded the same, in a consistently empty practice, why you originally made an appointment. In the end, you are happy to get out there and hope that you never have to try to get a prescription in that practice again.

Unfortunately, it is often impossible to get through by phone. Permanently occupied! A second telephone number would be needed here !!

Actually super practice but modest opening hours for ordinary workers. One is on assembly week, comes back only on Friday afternoon, wants to pick up his recipe and sees that the practice has been closed since noon ... Very annoying. On the phone, nothing was mentioned.
