I purchased a Bosch Professional GSB 18V-85 C from Baumarkt Bender. The day it arrived I noticed it had a defect - it made a harsh grinding noise every time I switched it off in 2nd gear. They told me to send it back to them and provided me with a returns form. I sent it back to them and I didn't hear back from them. I contacted them and the sent it back to me , still with the same problem. I contacted them again and they told me I need to send it in to Makita! I asked them if they were sure I should send a Bosch machine to Makita. Even after this they sent me a Makita repair form. I had to contact them again and they sent me a link to Bosch repair service. It was a month since I purchased the defective device. Why didn't they simply give me the Bosch repair link on day one? It cost me over one month with a device I couldn't use. Terrible service, and no apologies from them.

Good day, I have been waiting in vain for the goods for a good month. Of course, everything is already paid for. There is no response to my e-mail inquiries and nothing can be gotten over the phone anyway. We strongly advise against !!

0, ZERO STARS :-( Unfortunately it is not possible not to award a star, but this company would have deserved it! I can only agree with the last negative reviews, really bad. Communication does not take place here and does not seem to be desired. The hotline refers to e-mail correspondence and this is then not answered. I wait ten days for the goods I have already paid for. I can only EXPRESSLY ADVISE anyone who is supposed to be interested in buying anything here, unless you want to spend your money without receiving the goods. I would even like to have a critical opinion below my assessment of my case. Order 300124276, paid on 11/27/2020 and nothing has happened until today! ADDENDUM: YOU HAVE JUST CANCELED MY "RE-SHIPPED GOODS" NOTHING FOR ME WITHOUT CONSULTING.

Customer service equals "0". One can only advise everyone to buy somewhere else
