I went to the practice for emergency services on Saturday. Got a molar tooth pulled. It went super fast and the anesthesia was set perfectly. After 2 hours I didn't feel any more of the anesthesia. Elsewhere you have another 5 hours of numbness in your mouth because the injections were used in an unprofessional and too high dose.

For people who are really really afraid of the dentist this is not the right address .. If you get to hear the whining and many other stupid sayings, just terrible, so heartless that is not possible .. Both dentists they would be better Become a butcher.

So I have been going to dr as an extreme anxiety patient since about 2014. Stetter and really cannot confirm that anxiety patients are treated disrespectfully or badly here. On the contrary. I cry regularly during the examinations because I panic even with a simple check-up. But dr. Stetter is always very professional. He never makes you feel like you are making fun of yourself or disrespecting my feelings. The team is also full of nice people who, of course, now know about my great fear and handle me with kid gloves. When I had a real crying fit two years ago, one of the helpers even held my hand and tried to calm me down lovingly and sensitively. I can only say good things about this practice and, despite my irrational fear, I feel extremely well cared for there, treated with great respect and expert advice. I am grateful to the entire team for treating me tirelessly despite my great fear and never making a stupid comment. I can therefore really recommend the practice to everyone.

Had to go to the practice on Saturdays because I had to be treated daily due to postoperative complaints. That didn't really suit the woman on the phone. In practice, everyone was rather annoyed and hectic. I don't want to start with the treatment! I have rarely had such pain and usually this type of treatment is only uncomfortable and never so that you squirm on the chair and are about to scream. The doctor hardly listened to me and only boasted of his knowledge. I hardly felt anything at the next dentist a day later. So there is another way!
