I've waited for 20 days to get my tooth filled,since I had a tooth decay. I get it though that everything doesn't work out as expacted under this circumtances, but they told me "today as I got there", that they can't. The receptionist told me that they even wrote an e-mail to me, which is actually not in my inbox by the way. She told me also that I might come if I have severe toothache. I called different dental clinic as I got back to home, and just got a new appointment today at 4 pm. (Yes everything happend in an hour)

Since I moved to Trier at the end of March, I was looking for a new dentist. Due to the positive reviews, I contacted this practice and got an appointment in early July. Despite repeated requests and requests that I have mild but worsening pain, it was said that this quarter would no longer be free. Unfortunately, my pain got worse last night. The announcement came on the emergency service telephone that I would call outside the emergency service hours (why and when do you need emergency service?). So I thought to myself, should you try to come to the Portadente practice a little earlier and went there and described the situation. I was immediately "brushed off", there were no appointments, she didn't want to look after my other appointment, so she would have to read through the whole day (since I didn't have the exact time) and otherwise I should contact the emergency service. I have lost my trust in this practice (because of a friendly practice team, because of quick appointments = 3 months). And supposedly the often claimed preference (!!!) "private patient" - of which I have never noticed anything and which I do not claim - and pain does not make it possible for a person to be helped here. Of course, I can't say how the doctors are to be judged, since I didn't see any.

I am very happy to Dr. med. Prince for a second opinion to have gone! She has saved me from a € 1,600 faulty diagnosis of another dentist in another dental practice. I did not have to wait long, the team was nice and the practice was clean and nicely decorated. It is also reassuring to know that the practice is honest with one and not the highest possible profit through unnecessary treatments. I can only recommend it :)

I was very satisfied with the whole treatment. The professor and his people did a great job and explained everything to me. Courteous behavior and nice interaction, nice staff. Definitely recommended. Also a big compliment to the prophylaxis team, Mrs. Friedrich has the dental cleaning really pleasant and very well done.
