Was there for the first time at the weekend, very nice reception, very competent Doctor, very well organized, are direct been treated. The atmosphere there is significantly better than in the Mainz University Hospital, especially none long waiting times. This address is highly recommended!

We prefer to go here with our 3 children for general medical matters than to the university clinic. The waiting times are significantly shorter and the staff (experienced doctors, not assistant doctors) are excellent. In any case, we always received adequate and fast help (from prescribing antibiotics for throat or conjunctivitis to solving blockages in the cervical spine area). We cannot understand the criticism expressed by reviewers in the beginning. In the case of technically more complicated matters, i.e. if you wouldn't turn to your family doctor either, we'd be happy to go to the university clinic.

I had very mixed experiences in this standby practice. A couple of the staff were very rude and very uncomfortable. However, other staff members were very polite and helpful. One of the doctors didn't even look at the affected area properly and played it down. One should be aware that it is only an emergency doctor and possibly go to the family doctor again in the following days.

To be honest, the university has more competent doctors. I was there today probably got a middle ear infection. The doctor looks into my ear for a second and prescribes antibiotics. Told her that I have a thick spot under my ear lobe, she didn't look at it. I still have pain despite ibuprotopfen and now have to hold out until tomorrow. That is the thanks that I saved the practice with my signature from the end. They make 0 effort. In the future I will visit the university clinic, at least I will be helped properly!
