Friendly staff. Climbing section, gym, sauna and pool. Spacious changing rooms, warm showers. Unfortunately shut down Restaurant and bouldering section. Climbing section improved over years, lighting could be improved and the occasionally unpleasant encounter with one member of staff in the climbing area (although not seen recently)

For over 4 weeks now I have been very happy to go to the movement forum. You feel very comfortable there and in good hands. The initial support was very good and competent. The classes are great too, especially Zumba.

Highly motivated, super nice trainers, very personal atmosphere to feel good, huge and varied offer, there is something for every taste and level of performance, so that you can always try something new. B. Specials like TRX o.a.! For almost 3 years I've been there 2-4 times a week and it doesn't get boring - especially in the Corona Lockdown phase, the large online and livestream program helps to stay fit! Such a commitment is outstanding!

I think the movement forum is very good. However, I have moved and drive exactly 25 kilometers by car to the Bewegungsforum. However, the number of kilometers is calculated using the straight line, which corresponds to approximately 17 kilometers. So I have to drive 25 kilometers to want to train. That would be 50 kilometers there and back. Before I moved to Nieder-Olm and attended the Movement Forum, I was at the New Galaxy in Alzey. I was able to quit there without any problems. They just asked for the location and said straight away that the termination would be possible next month. Here I have to drive 50 kilometers every time to train for an hour.
