It's freezing outside and of course the valve on the garden tap doesn't close anymore because of lime. So are the valves in front of it. Since I didn't trust myself, I hired Georg Berz & Co. GmbH. After a few days I got an appointment and if the expert is there, we exchanged the completely calcified valves and backwash system in front of it. Mr. Tillinger arrived on time, answered my questions and, to my complete satisfaction, installed a new system.
