Ulmen Apotheke Drais

I wanted to redeem a prescription there. After I wanted to pick up the ordered medication at the agreed time, the existence of this prescription was denied (the pharmacy had probably misplaced it). Very rude and not oriented towards solving the problem. In addition, very expensive and almost outrageously short opening times! It's a shame that this is the only pharmacy in Drais.

Very expensive. I paid 5 euros for 20 pointed needles. After I said that it was just too expensive, I was asked: "25 cents ?!". Thats expensive. On the Internet you buy a pack of 100 pieces including shipping for 6 euros.

The staff has no empathy. Disliked and not focused on problem solving. I have been to this pharmacy several times and always leave a negative impression.

am not a regular customer there, came in by chance. I was served extremely friendly even though I finally bought NOTHING there !!! where is there such a thing?
