In addition, the overheated devices spray sparks and thus cause a fire hazard.

Weimer GmbH - never again! The fault diagnosis of the heating was wrong, the ordering of spare parts took 4 weeks with subsequent appointment only on multiple demand. At the second appointment then - oh wonder - the wrong parts were there and needed standard tool not in the car. Really, both technicians had no idea about the spa. In the end, only the Vaillant factory customer service department was able to solve the problem. After that, we ran after the invoice for 6 weeks and this was also wrong in the first litter because then almost no longer matters. A star is only there that the wrongly diagnosed part was taken back.

- The same work takes almost twice the time in a year. - It says on the phone, no travel costs because you are in the same place. Then the travel expenses are in the invoice. - If there is a demand because of a discrepancy, you will be talked to as you do not need one as a customer. - Weimer? No thanks!

I award a star solely to the friendliness of one or the other employee. The professional performance, customer service and dealing with me, a longtime regular customer are pitiful !!
