Heating out of order; Call Korus GmbH, who installed this heating system 6 years ago, if help is possible in the short term, because house cools down fairly quickly at 1 degree outside temperature. Offer from Korus: "Coming Week"; i.e. at least 5 days without heating and hot water at the outside temperatures for an existing customer can not be described as a service. Too bad. The advertised on the homepage plus the Fa. ("Customer service even on weekends") is probably just an empty promise. In the future, then just with a craftsman who does not just want to sell new installations.
