11/12/2020 My heating was leaking - water damage! I urgently needed quick help. Had to hold out for 2 weeks with a heavily dripping heater until an appointment was available at all (in the meantime someone came by for 5 minutes to measure). Unfortunately, the heating did not forgive me 2 weeks waiting time, I had to empty a 10l bucket of water every 4 hours. (Really exciting as a professional in the public service when you come home and have to expect that the bucket has overflowed.) So far so good. 11/27/2020 Repair day - arrived 30 minutes late for now. As the icing on the cake, the fitter didn't have the right parts with him and had to drive away twice to pick up the parts. For a radiator replacement that has been measured and assessed beforehand, 3 3/4 hours? This is really big cinema. The result? You can see the botch yourself with the help of the pictures. I was promised to improve this "condition" and to fix the botch. Well, 8 weeks have now passed. So far, I didn't want to cancel either because I haven't given up hope that someone might want to fix their faux pas. And that for a master company? Really not! FunFact: Currently (13.01.2021) I am sitting at home due to a defect in the entire heating system (for 165 apartments in the property) at an outside temperature of -5 ° C with lukewarm heating and 24 ° C water temperature. - yes, showering is really fun! When asked, I was recommended to take a shower with the kettle. Yesterday only something was supposed to be exchanged on the system, now nothing works at all. Maintenance of the heating system by the same company :-) Save yourself the stress, look for someone else.

I have bought a decalcifying system myself and have ordered a branch of the water pipe in the basement. The mixer set was included with the decalcifying system. A few years ago, Pütz & Lehr laid the cables themselves for the new building, so I wanted to rely on the company doing the work. Although I shared photos with the company in advance and the system of the water pipe was known (was laid by P&L itself), the fitter came without water pipe and angle and then disappeared for 1.5 hours in the wholesale market to check the pipe and to buy the angles. Why a plumber doesn't bring these parts with him is not clear to me. Of course, I was also billed for the time for shopping. In the end, I was billed over 1000 euros for the branch. As I said: the connection fitting was included with the decalcifying system I bought in advance and so we're only talking about the pure line (about 2.5m there and 2.5m back, of course uninsulated and a backflow valve). I was very upset about the price.

At first everything seemed fine. Friendly and competent advice. An appointment to look at the renovation of 2 bathrooms was done on time. Sketch made on site and everything discussed. Then there was no sign of life for 4 weeks. I wrote a friendly mail with reminder offer plus request for additional replacement of radiators (13 pieces). So no small order in total. After another 5 weeks (of course had other offers in the meantime caught) came a call from the Secretariat. Much stress, etc. Understandable, but a short info would have been nice. I wait for the promised offer to this day. All in all just under 5 months. Too bad, but apparently the company does not need it. Luckily, I quickly got competent craftsmen. In any case, the company Pütz & Lehr does not get any more from me and of course no recommendation.

Not two hours after the call the fitter was there. Repair defies difficult conditions expertly performed. Bill moderate and fair.
