Insanely rude nurse on the phone! This doesn't work at all ... Just wanted an appointment for a blood test, was not accepted ...

In practice you meet a competent medical assistant. Both doctors are very sensitive and respond to existing inquiries / illnesses. The waiting time is very short compared to other doctors. I feel comfortable and in good hands there.

Insanely rude medical assistant on the phone! This is not possible at all ... According to her, despite severe pain, one can wait another week to be examined, as it is not life-threatening! But this does not say anything about the doctor's competence as I have never been treated there.

Dr. Birk is only recommended.

The doctor is competent. The appointment system, however, not. 3! one way for a simple certificate. No consultation instead "we may call you within the next 12 hours" Please work on a solution. Maybe even with the help of one of these newfangled PCs? Edit: reduced from 3 to 1 star, because the doctor unfortunately follows very old prescription recommendations (10 years +) and offlabel use or private recipes are absolute foreign words for him.
