If you call in practice, the mailbox comes directly. No availability by phone. In practice, the answering machine is not listened to if someone has spoken to it, but the messages are deleted directly. If you request a prescription there, you will not get it on the same day, but you will be put off for tomorrow, despite the fact that doctors are present in the practice and the working hours are not yet over. The staff is rude and incompetent. Since I have to take the tablets regularly, I asked for a pack of 200 and I was only prescribed a pack of 60 because it was supposedly not possible to have a larger pack prescribed. Until a pharmacist pointed out to me that the doctor can prescribe a 200 pack! I have never seen anything so insolent. Not recommendable!
