I left a carpet with a large stain of cat puke for cleaning. The result was disappointing, the stain was still partially present. However, the order indicates that the removal of certain stains, e.g. Wine, vomit, urine, dyes, rust, coffee or tea is not guaranteed. Unfortunately, the commissioned sealing and moth protection were carried out despite the stain. I would have liked a call asking if the additional work should be carried out despite the stain problem. After a clarifying conversation with Mr. Knoblauch, I am very satisfied with the agreement. My recommendation: have the carpet picked up free of charge and benefit from the good consultation.
